I'm a long-term methylene blue user, 4 years I've taken it pretty consistently with a few breaks here and there. In that time, I've tried many brands. With this type of supplement, it can be tricky to decipher what is a quality product. I look for a USA based and manufactured company, heavy metal and purity testing, and pharmaceutical grade. If you try this for the first time, make sure you use a straw and position it toward the back of your throat, otherwise your whole mouth and teeth will turn blue. It goes away eventually, but I just try to avoid it from happening. Also, expect a light blue when you use the restroom. Now you're ready to try this :) This methylene blue is of excellent quality and value, and I'm so happy more people have access to a pure and effective product! I hope this is helpful if you're just starting your MB journey or looking for a better quality product.
